1. Introduction

Welcome to Zoonk! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Zoonk's websites and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Generated Content

Users and artificial intelligence agents can create a variety of interactive courses on our platforms. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and appropriateness of the content you create or use. Zoonk does not endorse or assume liability for generated content, either by other users or by artificial intelligence.

3. Transactions

All financial transactions are processed through Stripe. Zoonk reserves the right to remove user accounts for frequently contesting credit card charges since those represent a high risk for us because we can lose our Stripe account when that happens. Users should request refunds within 30 days of purchase instead.

4. User Conduct and Moderation

We may remove content that spreads misinformation or violates our code of conduct. Repeated violations may lead to account termination.

Zoonk is committed to maintaining a respectful and safe environment for all users. The following types of content are not allowed on our platforms:

• Discriminatory Content: Any content that is racist, homophobic, xenophobic, sexist, or otherwise discriminatory.
• Religious Content: We prohibit the posting of religious content to maintain a neutral and inclusive environment.
• Political Content: Political content is not permitted, as it can lead to divisive discussions.
• Inappropriate Language and Imagery: The use of sexualized language, imagery, or any form of sexual attention or advances is strictly forbidden.
• Trolling and Harassment: Insulting, derogatory comments, trolling, personal attacks, and political attacks are not tolerated.
• Spam and Scams: Spam, phishing, and scams are not allowed.
• Copyrighted Content: Content protected by copyright laws is also prohibited. If you believe your content has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us at [email protected].
• Violent Content: Content that promotes violence or depicts any explicit imagery of violence is not allowed.
• Drugs and Alcohol: Content that promotes or depicts the use of legal or illegal drugs or alcohol is not allowed.
• Any content that violates local laws or promotes illegal activity is also prohibited.

Violations of these guidelines may result in content removal and potentially lead to account termination for repeated offenses. Zoonk reserves the right to enforce these rules at its discretion to ensure a safe and respectful user experience.

5. Age Restrictions

Users must be 13 years or older to use Zoonk's services.

6. Copyright and Intellectual Property

You must not share content that violates copyright laws. Report any copyright violations to [email protected]. Plagiarism may result in account termination.

7. Liability and Disclaimer

Zoonk is not liable for the accuracy or reliability of generated content, either by users or artificial intelligence.

9. Pricing and Terms Changes

Zoonk reserves the right to change pricing policies with a 30-day notice. We may also amend these Terms at any time, with notice provided to users. Lifetime access is valid for the plans and features available at the time of purchase. We may add new plans that are not available for lifetime access. Plus, lifetitime access has limited spots (5,000 spots for the Basic Plan and 1,000 spots for the Plus Plan) - once they are sold out, we will not offer it again. Lifetime access is only available to individual users, not to teams or content creators.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Legal disputes will be resolved under the laws of Brazil, specifically in Brasília.

Content creators are independent and not Zoonk employees. They have the freedom to manage their content but must comply with our code of coduct and terms of use.
